This machine is suitable for dyeing yarns at normal temperature, such as cotton, wool, acrylic, nylon, and acrylic yarns. The customer produces different dyeing effects according to the production needs, such as dot coloring, color mixing, high-density spray coloring, and low-density spray coloring. This machine does not produce any sewage during the dyeing process, energy saving and environmental protection.

2. The host adopts the instant air drying and fixing method to increase the output and save the cost of drying and fixing.

3. The dyeing process is carried out in a closed space, saving dyes, convenient operation and no pollution.

4. The use of pneumatic shaker frame to take off the line, fully automatic operation, saving labor costs.

5. The main machine adopts 4-6 sets of high- pressure spray nozzles, PLC automatic control, speed control inverter motor.
