Application: This series dyeing machine is high efficiency automatic dyeing machine. It is widely used in dyeing nylon tapes, decorative ribbons, elastics, handbag straps, backpack shoulder straps, shoe laces...etc.. The integrated operation from: dyeing - steaming - washing - tape outlet, makes the unit the ideal solution.
1. Equipped with a imported automatic tension device, the equipment is capable of maintaining the webbing’s balance to bring about a bright, pretty and level color dyeing.
2. Capability to dye narrow fabric of extra small width of 550mm, thin as netted yarn and wide as safety belt and heavyweight belt.
3. Atmospheric steamer at temperature of 105℃, high temperature of 200℃，40-60m long travel of narrow fabric in steamer brings about level color dyeing.
4. Ladder-to-ladder or parallel design to save energy in washing and rinsing unit, direct and indirect heating in washing tank to ensure the product more bright and not fading.
5. Important parts as rollers are constructed by using anti-corrode stainless steel, durable and with low depreciation rate.
6. Rollers use wear-resisting rubber, pressed by air cylinder.
7. The roller width is 400mm，600mm and 800mm.
8. Customers can choose: High speed continuous high temperature narrow fabric dyeing machine, High speed continuous room temperature narrow fabric dyeing machine.
